50 Years: Back & Forth and Object Correspondence

with Marcia Teusink

London-based artist Marcia Teusink and I share an interest in precarious structures, urban decay, and a deep concern about climate change. For a couple of years now we have nurtured a conversation between our studios. We swap materials through the mail, and images through the internet, creating in response to them. Currently the result are two artworks: '50 Years: Back & Forth', a video projection, and 'Object Correspondence', a wall installation. Both works were included in 'Reimagining the Global Village', an exhibition curated by Nirmal Raja at the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design (Autumn 2021, website with interviews live until June 2022).
